Recently, Tongyu India Plant has introduced the culture of morning meeting and the concept of six refinements to resonate with the head office. Every morning, when the sun shines on the workshop, all employees gather to start a lively morning meeting. The morning meeting is not only a platform for information exchange, but also a bond to unite the strength of the team. Through the morning meeting, employees clarify the day's work objectives, share work experiences and solve problems in a timely manner. Learning the Six Refinements enables employees to deeply understand the headquarters culture and to identify with the company's values and development concepts from the bottom of their hearts. The power of this culture is like a strong cohesive force that binds all employees closely together, creating a good situation where top and bottom are of one mind and dream with one heart, and greatly improving work efficiency and teamwork ability.
On the factory floor, standardised operations and standardised management changes are also in full swing. We have refined the management of the 0.3m and 0.6m assembly lines, and hung the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents above the workbench for employees to consult at any time during the work process, ensuring the standardisation and normalisation of operations. This initiative not only improves production efficiency, but also effectively reduces the error rate in the production process, and product quality has been significantly improved. At the same time, we have fully optimised the workshop environment, creating a clean and orderly production environment.
While improving work efficiency, we recognise the importance of employee physical and mental health and team cohesion. For this reason, we are actively building a culture of team building through a variety of activities. On the monthly 'Yoga Day', the workshop is filled with a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere, and employees practice yoga under the guidance of professional trainers to relieve work pressure and relax the body and mind. Every year on 'Environment Day', all employees gather in the factory to plant trees together, adding a piece of greenery to the factory and also strengthening the sense of belonging and responsibility of the employees towards the factory. In addition, on the occasion of the Factory Day, we organised a series of celebratory activities in which employees sang and danced together to celebrate the growth and development of the factory, further uniting the team strength.
This series of improvement initiatives at the Tongyu India plant has received positive response and support from all employees.
