On October 13–14, the Tongyu Communication team attended the WAVExperts 2026 conference, hosted by Nokia at its Technology Center in Vimercate, near Milan, Italy. The team engaged in in-depth discussions with microwave communications experts and industry partners from around the world, exploring the latest technological advances and innovative applications in microwave transmission.

This year’s conference highlighted the need for transport networks to evolve to support greater capacity, agility, scalability, and intelligence as AI-driven applications continue to expand. At the same time, AI is playing an increasingly important role in improving the operational efficiency and energy efficiency of microwave networks.  Through face-to-face discussions and on-site demonstrations, Tongyu Communication showcased its latest microwave technology products and solutions while gaining valuable insights into emerging technologies and industry trends from Nokia and other industry leaders.

The WAVExperts conference provides an excellent platform for industry professionals to share research findings, exchange expertise, and explore the latest developments and future trends.
